No Clutch Pedal Pressure
I posted in my build but got no response. So i figured i'd make a thread about it.
So I was driving home last night and as I went to down shift, I pushed on my clutch and there was absolutely no pressure behind the pedal... I was able to get it to the side of the road and parked... I checked my pedal, it is attached to the push rod... checked my master cylinder and it has fluid in it. I had to use the starter to limp 4 miles home but I got there. After scouring the forums i'm thinking it is either the master or slave cylinder (and or both)... I don't have time to work on it until monday so I figured I'd try an collect as much info until then. Any suggestions?
I have a new master cylinder at home so that will be my first replacement on monday but I was figuring I should just do the slave at the same time, seeing as how I have no idea the last time it was changed. Any insight would be really appreciated.

does it leak any fluid? id replace both the master and slave anyways. the slave is $30 for an asian unit i think on the marlin crawler website. how old is the clutch? when my clutch got fried it lost all pressure also

I'm pretty sure it is leaking a bit, and has for a while... Where the push rod goes through the fire wall, the runner sleeve is always a little moist.
The clutch was replaced with the tranny about 18 months ago so i'm pretty sure that the clutch is fine.
I'm going to replace the both of them regardless because i have no idea when they were replaced or if they have ever been replaced.
