Hi there. I have a 94 4runner, I'm not an off roader or mechanically inclined.
I just use this vehicle because its what I've got. I've had a coolant leak since about July that I have delt with by just putting in anti freeze and water as needed on a semi-weekly basis. ( The leak is on the top of the radiator) But now I am getting very bad anti freeze smell in the cabin if you will. There is no leak onto the floorboards or anywhere from what I can tell. Also the heat does work but not well, but since it started smelling in early december, I've been driving around with the windows down, which is stupid insane because its -8C here right now.

I took some pictures of the engine stuff, if that does anyone any good.

Does anyone know a or is a good indp mechanic I could get to take a look at this?

I'd also just sell the thing if thats the better way out for me.

Also, Engine is new 25000 miles ago or so, 215000 total millage, new muffler and new large tires on it. Got the recall repair about the steering rod deal done as well. Automatic.
