New parts! The SR5 conversion is almost done.
Today I got the SR5 console (two compartments with a cherry arm rest pad), shifter bezel (with boot), a rear wiper motor cover, another rear window switch and another cargo area light (both will be mounted in the motor cover and hard wired for exit while camping) and a factory fan shroud.
My rig is a DLX from the factory and I've spent the last 6 months from initial buy in trying to convert it to an SR5 package. So far the only thing I've found were seats.
THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!!!!!! If you buy factory Toyota parts you know who she is.
Next on the list is the map light near the mirror, the lighted ash tray, the upgraded climate control insert and anything else I can find that just STINKS of SR5. God bless Toyota for making and SR5 package and heaven help me for wanting one!

I already have those.
I really thought about it but I can't see any real use for that thing other than making the inside look like a cockpit at night. That and I haven't seen one for less than 100$ anywhere.
Never. I just can't see the need for a sunroof on these things.

*can open worms everywhere* Yes I do have AC but it was a dealer installed option not a factory option. With that in mind finding a replacement clutch so I can actually use it has been a complete pain in the rear.
I'll snap one when I get home and post it for you.

I might still have a set of maplights kicking around someplace... I'll take a look and see if I can turn them up... You are talking about a 1gen 89 runner right? not a 2gen early 90 one right? cause I def. have the 2gens and I had a 1gen set but I don't know if they got sold/tossed... I'm pretty sure i still have them...

Original (now in the trash since it was busted all to heck)
New one. Notice the shifter bezel? I even have a 20 year old set of "pleather" shifter boots to go on there but I need to clean and finish them. I'm going to bo so pimping when this is done!!!!!!
And the new rear motor cover that will have an extra light and rear window motor switch installed in it for easy exit while sleeping in the rear.
I'm looking at one one ebay and the damn bidding is up past 20$. If you can come in under that let me know.

HEY! Don't laugh man keeping these old rigs is expensive. 20$ for me is a lot considering I can buy almost 10 gallons of fuel for that and make 240 miles to and from work on that amount of gas. Not all of us have a demon built runner like you do that lives on air and jeeps.
