New here!! Looking for help!!
Fist time posting here so I'm not sure if this is the right place for this.
Recently rebuild my 86 pickup after a very loose timing chain. And two spun bearings.
Relpace as much as I could with OM parts.
First time rebuilding any engine/ digging this far into a engine.
After Im about 98% sure I have everything right. I drop it back in my truck. Fire it up, run smooth for about 15 minutes. Now I'm getting tons of blow by and a top end knock??? Around cylinders 1 and 2.
My concern is that I didn't check my ring gaps.
If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it!!
