New feet for the 4Runner today
Yesterday I got the rims off craigslist with the intent to paint them. They are 15 X 8 and 3.75 backspacing.
On my way home from work I stopped by my local Les Schwab's and checked to see if they had any used tires. They had a set of 5 used BFG MT 33X 12.50 R15's that just came in used. I had not even unloaded the wheels from my truck yet from when I got them the day before. So I had them mount one up to see how it fit. And a half hour later I left with 4 tires on my rig and one spare.
Before
After
I am still going to paint the wheels, one day.
The tires cleared the front wheel wells as soon as I took off the mud flaps, I have to find a way to relocate the now.
I also want to get some sort of fender flair to cover the tires now. I have read about using landscape edging. Anyone have any other ideas, short of buying bushwhackers?
The gearing doesn't seem too bad around town w/ 4.10's. I have not gotten on the HWY yet. I am planning on putting 4.88 in as soon as I can find some good used ones.

just s 22re: I got them for free, butIi think they are allied type 90 chrome spoke wheels.
Wii tarded: I am going to recycle the tires, they are shot and I will give away 3 of the rims after I re-gear. I need to keep one to mount the spare.
Cwaters1184: Yes that is with no lift. Although the PO added a leaf to the rear spring pack to level it out. So the rear is kind of lifted above the saggy stock springs. I am going to do BJ spacers in the front but I don't have them yet. I can see that I will hit the pinch weld on compression, but i just need to hammer it down
