Ok so I just put a new 22RE in my 92 4runner. I hooked up everything and I tried to start it but it just turned over. I know I have spark and its getting plenty of air and I can smell fuel. I checked the timing and its right where its suppose to be. So that makes me think its the EFI. My question is, do the injector wires matter what injector its hooked up to? I keep getting different answers. And another question is, Does anyone have a very detailed vac hose diagram. Also I have a wire end that was kinda smashed that goes to the air flow meter. It still connects but im not sure that it is getting a true connection. Could that be the reason it wont start? Doens't no power to meter mean no air to engine?

Id get out your voltmeter and check the maf, and it doesn't mean no air, but it wont run
