New Cupholder Idea
Like almost every Toyota pickup owner, i was unimpressed with the cupholder. So when I saw my buddys factory cupholder in his s10, i figured I could make it work. I took the bracket off the bottom of the s10 seat frame and welded it to the bottom of my seat frame. Easy, cheap, effective, and looks factory.
The chevrolet setup
just the bracket
where I welded it to the seat frame
another close up
and tomorrow I'll post a pic of what it all looks like installed. It looks factory, is removable for cleaning, and fits right between the drivers and passengers seat cushions.

That's clean, if you wouldn't have told me I would have said it was stock. Too bad my truck doesn't have space in the middle, I hate those cupholders, especially when I have to run the heater when I've got a soda in the cupholder (warm soda is disgusting)!
