need some wiring help
87 toyota truck 22r
The wires I have the yellow cloud around go to the main 80 amp fuse, however the fuse is missing on this project truck.
I have a 100 Hi amp circuit breaker with fuse reset.
I know this is 20 amps more than the 80, so is there a way to wire this correctly, using something to reduce the 100 amps down to the 80 amps, so I don't blow out any fuses? http://thumbs3.ebaystatic.com/d/l225...NKvyyIkmfg.jpg
here is a pic of the wires, don't know where the original 80 amp fuse and housing went to...I got a lot of parts and pieces in a box when I got this truck but no fuse
My goal is to try and start this truck tomorrow if possible
thanks for any help!

If you unbolt the fuse block and turn it over you should see where these wires go. If I could find my camera I would take a picture
There may even be a cover on the bottom but they seem to never get put back on once they come off.
Your 100 amp breaker will only allow more current to be drawn before it opens
the only circuits you need to worry about are the ones not protected by a fuse in that circuit

That wire is supposed to have a fusible link wire in series with it.
Yes, buy an 80-amp Fusible Link wire (try summit racing) and put it series with that wire - between 80-amp FL and battery.
