Need quick timing chain verification

Chain wore a hole through the timing cover on my 85 celica so I'm changing out the chain and gears in addition to steel backed guide and cover. My new chain has 1 shiny link then 2 shiny links. I put the crank gear dimple between the 2 shiny links and the cam gear dimple on the single shiny link. At TDC the crank lines up with the 0 marking on the oil pump and the dowel pin on the cam gear looks to be 12 oclock however the dimple is slightly off to the left toward 11 oclock. Just wanted to make sure this was right.

I've been listening to my truck's chain rattling on the cover for about a year now, surprised that hasn't gone through yet. At least I have a complete timing and head gasket set for that laying around too, and a spare cover. It also won't seem so daunting now having done it in a cramped little celica.

Hahaha! Good answer.......good answer!

The engine's a mess, though. Are you going to do anything with the "bottom end"?

( The cheese is flowing today....)
