Well if you read the website, right above where it said 'purchase' ...
All kits feature new parts. Each Kit Includes:
Heavy Duty 1,200 ft-lb Pressure Plate
Heavy Duty Metallic Clutch Disk
Japanese Release Bearing <--- throwout bearing
Pilot Bearing
Alignment Tool

I would have ordered the heavy duty pressure plate bolts .. extra $9 ...
also buy a BRAND NEW FLYWHEEL, don't waste time resurfacing and risk them not doing it right.
I purchased from Smucks for $60. works perfectly so far. Makes me feel better than a resurfaced one.

When I replaced my clutch I got new flywheel bolts from toyota, I know it was probably over kill but I dont want to have to drop the tranny again. It was like $1.85 a bolt. I wouldnt really get those HD pressure plate bolts since they are only being torqued down to like 25ft lbs
Get the flywheel machined and if they cant take out the cracks, get a new one. Its thee most important step in a clutch job.
I reaplced my rear main seal too.
