I have replaced everything for the ac except the vsv I can't seem to find it everyone says its on the passenger side fender well and while I like the help there's 6 of them over there! If anyone actually knew where it was and could post a picture of it would be greatly appreciated I live in central Florida so it would be lovely to have some ac I just wanna check it I can jump the ac and it works but if I turn it on w/o jumping it the clutch doesn't engage and doesn't effect the idling I've changed the resistor and the box behind the glove box changed the Freon in it and all I'm behind stumped at this point any help?

Hey guys I found the problem!

I have a spare parts vehicle that didn't have that relay on it btw this is located behind the glove box impossible to miss... But apparently on some models they left the relay out bc the parts vehicle was also a 95 but I hope this helps someone!
