Do a google search with yotatech in the search words. You have to make sure it on tdc with the #1 cylinder on a compression stroke. Also if you haven't checked your timing chain this is a good time to do that as well. Engnbldr has a great deal $150 ish gets you a timing chain kit with steel guide, oil pump, water pump, and new cover. You probably don't need a new cover unless the old chain wore through it. And most of his stuff ships free in the lower 48. You can do the timing chain with out pulling the head but it is a lot harder. You don't have to change it but now is the best time. Read a lot of threads and start a build thread. It will be easier to ask questions and also keep track of what you did. And don't forget to take pictures of your vacuums hoses. Makes it easier to get them back together.

Good luck

to pull the head you need to take the timing chain off the cam sprocket, so yes you will mess with the timing.

Its best to just pull the timing cover off and do the chain...trust me

Its worth the extra money and time.
