Need advice 4x4 not working

The 4x4 is not working on my 92 pickup, the transfer case will spin the front drive shaft in both Lo or Hi but the front axles will not turn. Does this mean something let go in the front housing? My hubs don't work the greatest and I intend to replace them but that wouldn't cause the axles not to turn would it? Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

first off welcome to yotatech! next off we need to know if you have manual hubs or the ADD system. if you do have the ADD system the problem is going to lie more in the front axle. if you have manual hubs your problem is going to be more in the hubs than anything and if you do have manual hubs just rebuild them and that should solve the problem if you have the ADD system the front aucator maybe stuck. we just need a bit more details

Thanks for the welcome, this site is great. My truck does have the ADD system but it also has superwinch manual hubs added by a previous owner. I plan to install factory Toyota manual hubs I have from a parts truck and I was also thinking of performing the modification on this site http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/tech/add/ I was thinking about welding the fork to the fork rod instead of a clamp like this write up recommends. What do you think? Thanks again.
