mystery connector under plenum

Can anyone tell me what the round connector is at the end of the fuel injector harness. It is past the last injector connector. the other two are the spade connector and the water temp sender connector. It is the same type of connector as the water temp connector but I can't find anything to plug it into. All of the senders and sensors at the back of the plenum are connected and I don't see anything on the throttle body that it would plug into. Hep me..hep me pleeze

Maybe giving a small hint to what engine we're talking about here would be slightly beneficial to determining the answer to your question.

If you got an automatic and that connector is about an inch in diameter, it goes to the tranny.

Unhappy

OK...sorry, obviously i,m a newbie on the forum and last night I was banging my head on the wall trying to figure this thing out (posting and my problem). This morning I feel better! I have a 1990 4 runner, automatic, 3vz six. I have replaced my original engine with another 3vz from a parts 4 runner that I bought. The parts vehicle was a 5 speed. I now notice that the injector wiring harness on my original truck is labeled with a big 62 on the harness cover at the front of the engine. The parts vechicle has a harness labeled 61. They are definately different in the number of connectors on each side of the fuel rail. I,m now trying to get to the bottom of the differences and hoping that I don't have to change that section of wiring harness as well. If someone knows why there is a difference I'd sure like to know! Thanks!
