Is my window motor dead?

Is my window motor dead?
1993 V6 4Runner, manual, 4WD, 250k miles
Problem: Rear passenger door window doesn't respond to switches, possibly due to dog slobber cementing it shut. Is the motor shot or is it electrical?
Really noob question here, but I am putting my car up for sale soon and was fixing some minor issues, one of which was my rear passenger door window doesn't work. I removed the door panel hoping it would be something obvious but everything looks in good shape. I cleaned up anywhere the window made contact with seals hoping it was just dog slobber that had cemented it shut. Still didn't work. The motor is silent when either the door or main window control button is pressed, and I can't seem to figure out where the fuse (if any) would be based on the wiring diagram I have. Also, there aren't any inline fuses right, since one connection almost looks like a fuse but I can't tell?
I just need a working window for the new owner, but need some guidance as to how I should proceed.
Thanks for the help, and if anyone in SC is looking for an old 4Runner, about to have one for sale.

in mine, I took a test light and tested out the power running in the wires to the motor, and my motor was actually working correctly. I just have a bug in my electrical somewhere. I also took a battery and manually rolled the window up and down, and tried many switches. what eventually worked for me was clipping the red wires and wiring them together in that door and that window now works from that door only.
