It does stay around 14 while under normal cruise speed. I was referring to under acceleration where you start from low rpms and low boost and then proceed to higher rpm and high boost. Once a speed is reached and throttle is reduced the mixture leans out again under cruise circumstances. It is still not perfect yet. I will keep tweaking as I drive it.

What triggers fuel cut with SDS? What psi is your wastegate setup for?

You should be running as much timing as you can w/o triggering your knock sensor... It'll be interesting to see your timing map.

I dont hear any knock. My timing is rather conservative I think. Plus the sds system has it set up so that whenever knock is sensed it will automatically retard the timing a certian amount. The sds system allows you to set the sensitivity of the sensor and the amount of retard due to the knock sense. I have the sensor set at 4 I think and the retard value of 6 degrees for knock. I have the fuel cut set for 9.29 psi of boost. I can here the waste gate kicking on so I know it is working. I may need to redisign my downpipe eventually and see if the flow out is keeping it from regulating boost properly. Fuel cut due to map happens around 4000 and above but only under hard quick acceleration. I will be gone for a few days and wont have a chance to do any tuning. When I get back I will look at it some more. Ithink my timing I am going to leave as is for now so I will see about putting that up when I get back.

Can it log when the knock sensor is triggered? My knock sensor will trigger before you begin to hear detonation. I have it hooked up to an LED light - and can use it to write to a log. Logging helps a lot when tuning.

What is your wastegate setup for? (PSI)

I think there is a display menu that will tell you when knock has been sensed. The waste gate when I baught it was advertised as being set with 6 psi springs and it came with boost controller.

I have not messed with the tuning in a while but Ill see if I can put my fuel values up on here by the end of the week. Also try dcg9831 and tc22r they have helped me out a lot.
