Question My first Toyota and I need help.

Hey any/every one. I am trying to pull a 22re out of my '95 4x4. The problem is I've got everything undone, well at least I think I do, but the intake side of the bell housing doesnt want to seperate. The bell on the ehaust side is cooperating. Does the starter need to be pulled?

The top bolt of the starter is easier to get from the front of the truck with long extensions. Btw. Disconnect the slave as well. Not sure if you pulling the block or the wiring harness as well. If the harness is coming with unhook the O2sensor and 2-3 plugs on the tranny/t-case.
