Multiple issues with 87 p/u: bogging out, low mpg, stained drive way...

First I'll start with the pics:

In the morning I warm up my truck and whats spews out of the exhaust pipe is staining the drive way. Its seems to last only when the truck is warming up. In addition to that I cant help but notice a strong exhaust smell.

This leads me to my next problem. I feel like Im getting terrible MPG. I Started recording the mileage I drove between fill ups (about a 13.5 gallon tank) and I'm not even traveling 200 miles before I'm on empty again. I have 235 tires squeezed on(Btw for people who are searching, 235s are the biggest you can fit on a stock height 87 p/u 2wd), but I doubt they would give me that much less MPG.

And finally, last night the creme (name of my truck btw) started to bog and die out like it was out of gas. At the time i thought it was because I'm still pushing my car to see how many miles I get on a tank. But I filled it back up and will driving home I could get past 30mph before it start to bog out and die again.
I tried driving it again to today and it did the same, but this time its started to do it around 50mph.

Any suggestions or opinions? I love this truck, and its really bugging me that I have this damn problems.

When is the last time you did a tune-up? Looks like it may need one.

I couldn't tell you. A few weeks ago I changed the spark plugs and air filter and that was all. Along with the oil, I've never done any other type of maintainence.

Where is the map sensor located?

After letting the car set for a day I drove it again and it ran fine--but still giving me somewhere around 16mpg.

But when I was getting low on fuel, it started to act up again--bogging out. I would step of the gas and it was completely unresponsive- no rev of the engine. I filled the tank back up and it starts to bog out after 35+mph. Its like the fuel is getting cut off....

I'd do a compression check, usually black spots are worn rings/valve stem seals letting oil get by.

I checked the spark plugs and the number 3 plug was black and covered in oil...
Does that confirm the worn rings/valve stem seals?

Is your truck a carb or EFI?

The oil on the plug means its getting through somehow. My experience with 22r's makes me suspect the rings first.

Check the carbs AAP (auxiliary accelerator pump) diaphragm for the cold idle running problems.
