It depends on the years on the truck and the 4runner. If they are both 84-88 vehicles then the running boards should fit, the mirrors are going to depend on if there are wing windows or not. If the vehicle you are taking the mirrors off of have the wing windows and the vehicle you want to put them on to doesn't then the mirrors will not fit they have to both have them or both not have them. The grill will fit if both are 84-86 or if both are 87-88, but that is an exact fit you could probably make it fit if you wanted to. Hope this helps you out some!

Front end of the 4runner will not fit without some modification. In 92 they swapped the 4runner to h4 style removable bulb lenses. Our trucks use throwaway sealed beams.

Rear bumper will not fit. Same with the running boards.

Provided the mirrors are the same style (mounting style and electric or manual) they will fit. The center console will fit aswell.

That would require even more modification to make it work. Get a new pickup grill, or 90-91 4runner grill.

When I wanted to make my custom grill insert, I used my spare 91 4runner grill. It mounts up good, just required breaking off one mounting peice to clear everything... It sticks out farther though, looks a little different.

Well good luck! I have seen it done but was told it wasnt too easy. The last truck I saw that had it done looked like crap. Non of the lines matched up. But im sure if you took your time and focused on the details, you could make it look great.

I love mods that the general public doesnt notice, but yota guys do!

What about ripping the whole front end off of runner (fenders, hood, grill, etc.) and bolting it to the pick up?
