missing cylenders during start up
I have some slow start problems, knowing cold start timer and injector need to be checked.
First is the intermittent start right away or take 5-10 seconds of cranking.
Cold start timer/ injector are on the list just not sure why the cylinders don't all seem to be catching at onece, think radial engine:dunno
Once she catches, from catch to full idle it seems about 10 seconds of 2 then 3 then all 4 cylinders firing.
I think I even hear a bit of a popping on the exhaust side, behaves like there is a small exhaust leak I have not identified on that side????
The idle will do what ever it wants, most times when warm it will be above 500 (600-650ish), but some times it will hang out just like I set it at 750, and sometimes after shutting it down and coming back 1/2 an hour later it wants to idle sub 500.
The idle is rough, as if it were a big block w/ a monster cam, kind of lopes or shudders..... well it shakes when idling no matter what the RPM, doesn't seem to shake too much when at speed.
94 4x4 ex cab 22 re, rebuilt last winter, has 20 over pistons, new head, 261 cam and 2" muffler, everything else is as stock as I could get it.... minus the 235 tires.
13,000 miles.
thanks for your time

That would be far too simple
I'm guessing for now I'll do the chitty chitty bang bang start up and wait to see if after testing the cold start stuffs it magically "resolves"...
Thanks for the response.
