Exclamation Missfire after head sealed

Okay, I have a 1995 3vze 3.0 v6. I just got it 2months ago knowing i was going to need to run some routine maintinance on it. (got it for a steal)
However I let a friend take it on a road trip before hand, and well, about a mile from being back home white smoke and coolent started just barely coming from the exhaust.
I know enough to know that coolent in the exhaust and coolent in the oil means a blown head. However maybe not "too blown"? since it had JUST happened? could be a dumb question.

So i proceeded to clean the coolent system and follow step by step with BLUE DEVIL head sealer, worked fine actualy. Sealed that puppy right up. Now I installed new ngk plugs, wires, distributer, button, fresh oil and an ignition coil. So it runs, does okay actually. But i have an obvious miss after warming up. Sounds like occasionally it just drops a cylender. Also when easing off of the break pedal I can tell that the power is surging a little bit. I have run sea foam intake cleaner and it seams to clear it up, also pleanty of fuel treatment.

It has been 2,000 miles since this happened and the oil is still clean however the miss is still there and i continue to have a rough idle. The question after all this is, Could it be just the intake plenum? intake gasket? or am I ˟˟˟˟ and need a rebuild i.e. junked 4runner

You have a failed HG and the Blue Devil elixer is no fix....it's a short-term band aid at best. Time to pony up for a re-build (hardly worth it on a 3.0 of unknown maintenance, IMO) or a 3.4 swap.

You likely got it for a steal because PO knew the HG had failed or was in the early stages of failure.

Check the basics first, pull the codes from the computer and see what you find. Pull plug wires off till you figure out which cylinder is missing (Engine won't stumble/die when you pull the plug that's not firing anyway). I have seen Blue Devil work just fine, K-seal works even better.
