So, after tossing around the idea of rebuilding the auto in my runner (1990 model), having it rebuilt etc. I found a local 94 pickup for parts with a five speed. He wants $250 for the trans and transfer case. I was thinking of offering an additional $50 - $100 for the flywheel and pedal cluster.
I've read on here that the stock auto driveshafts on my Runner will work with the manual trans and that the crossmember is ok but I need the 5 speed mount.
New clutch kit is a given.

Am I missing anything?

Clutch master, clutch and brake pedal assembly, lines for the master to the slave, manual driveshaft, and the manual driveshaft for the transfer-case.

Just to check... are both your Runner and the 94 truck the SAME engine? 22R(e) and 3VZE do NOT share transmissions, unless you have a 22RTE bell housing laying around.

Also, the clutch switch. The starter will not turn unless the clutch-sensing switch is depressed (ala depressing the clutch to start). If you nab the entire 5 speed pedal assembly like Xeo said, it should already be there. You ought to collect the "Clutch Cancel Switch" as well. It allows the driver to override the clutch sensing switch (in the event you find that necessary).

There are plenty of write-ups on this swap. I suggest you find the most thorough one. All of the mechanical is straight forward, but there is always that "one small thing" that you realize you don't have.

Things I can only speculate on:

-Shifter base trim is probably different.

-I don't know about the computer side of things, you may or may not have to deal with that as well.
