making sure i have my dipstick tube in all the way

ok so i just replaced my motor mounts and oil change on my 3vz-e and had to remove the dipstick tube for the driver side mount, ive taken a pic of my oil tube because im not sure i have it in all the way and was wondering if someone could compare it to there 3.0 just for my peace of mind before i fill this thing up with oil. i did replace the o-ring with one that seem to fit good its all bolted in place just wondering if it looks like all the others out there i didnt pay that close attention when i pulled it. and if it does leak i should be able to pull it without draining the motor oil i would think?
