major issue with 93 4runner 3.0

I have a 93 4runner and it has developed some major issues in the past day. it is running very rough after the car reaches operating temp. there is also no oil pressure at idle but the rpms are right about where they should be according to spec. 800 rpm at idle. i have also just found an oil leak coming from somewhere below the engine at the transmission. also when i put the car into gear ( it is an automatic) i hear two distinct clicks and then the trans engages. there is also a problem with compression, the head was rebuilt about a year ago, i have checked for a misfire, oil seems fine, same with trans fluid. i have no idea where to look please help

How does the coolant look?
The oil?
Any white smoke out the exhaust?

the coolant looks fine, same with the oil. there are no signs that the head gasket has blown again. no smoke, no milky oil

Ok.

Transmission fluid level?
All ground wires tight?
Vacuum hoses in good condition and attached?

transmission level is normal, and i have looked through all the vacuum hoses and all are in good shape and attached, still looking at all the ground wires, but i didn't think that a loose ground wire would be the cause of all the issues. am i way off and that could be it?

how old are your O2 sensors? Also, is your timing where it should be?

Oil pressure gauge on the stock dash isn't the best in the world...so don't put a whole lot of faith in it. Get out and manually check the 710 fluid.

I had a car that would click and rattle when changing gears from D to P or to R, turned out to be the bolts holding the Torque Converter on were loose. Real simple fix on that car, haven't looked to much at our trucks with the auto..

this model only has one O2 and it is about a week old, timing is good a 5+. i knew about the gauge but it was just the first thing i noticed before all the other issues came up. i will have to look into the torque converter but would that also cause the other issues?

I don't think it would cause it to run rough

Spark plug and wires condition? Distributor cap/rotor if you have one.
Dirty air cleaner?
An injector that is not working?

PULL ECU CODES.

What kind of "trouble" with compression?
