Lunchbox reverse

Does a lunch box locker work when going in reverse?

Good question. I think they operate the same, but i've only driven on once. I want to know as well. Another question is ENGINE BRAKING. Does the locker lock when engine braking with a manual, cause that would be a little dangerous to engine brake around slippery corners.

Yes, it locks on all the above.

I engine brake down big hills in any weather BUT snow. And when I do I match the rpms of the lower gear. I have never had it swing out while doing so except the first time I had the locker on a snowy steep hill. The lil ol lady beside me had a priceless look on her face

I guess I will have to adjust my driving style a bit and actually use my brakes.

my lockright stays locked in reverse so i would say yes. and engine braking with a locker in slippery surfaces such as snow is a bad idea, i almost fell off my driveway doing that (steep hill with a big dropoff on one side) going around corners that would cause it to slide out pressing the clutch in and using the regular brakes is best, but after driving with a locker for a while you get used to doing that so its really not a big issue.

I park on a hill at my house and everytime I back up both tires spin. If you're going straight the tires are locked.

Its a pretty awesome truck, I had the privilege of driving it. The exhaust sounds great too.
