Loud ticking on startup 3VZE

Hey guys, I have a 92 pickup with a 3VZE, and every morning when I start it up and every other time I crank it after sitting for more than an hour, it has an extremely loud ticking sound for the first couple minutes until it heats up and them it's quiet as a mouse besides a very small amount of valve noise. It runs great, it just really annoys me when I crank my truck and it sounds like a diesel. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys!

It sounds like oil starvation to the valvetrain.

Might be a blockage in one of the journals.

Do you know of any way to fix that? Thank for the quick reply!

Pour half a bottle of Seafoam in the oil, run (drive) for 5 minutes, then drain & refill with nothing thicker than 10w-30. Run for 1000 mi then repeat again. That might open it up. It's no guarantee, though.
