4" is a big lift... If you want to do it right you can get a full suspension lift but it will cost over a grand... There are many BODY LIFTS for these vehicles (but I dont like body lifts) or you can do what I was considering by getting some coil spacers in the front of my truck (which can give about 3" lift) and do a ZUK mod in the rear which should also give a nice lift... The rest would be up to the torsion bars...
For a 4" lift you will need to drop the front diff some so to not damage the shaft...
Good luck.

Rough country lift comes with shocks but has rear blocks I'd do chevy 63' gives same height and raise torsion bars little in front so it doesn't rub if you're running 33's if you plan on keeping ifs for sometime 63's are worth it in my opinion. Lift kit cost 700ish. Lift kit took me overall a day to do with a friend of mine

It's a 2nd Gen 4Runner.
Dropzones info so far is the best, good read with lots of info. Pay particular attention to: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...-guide-155339/
Here is a great link for 4Runners.https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...-thread-41616/
TeaMJPx - these trucks (of this vintage) do not have coils in the front!
Clok - nice that you pointed the OP to where you purchased your lift, (only the front will work for a 95 Runner), but this will get the OP started on 1 of many options!
Edionne13 - Another option for the front, but again no rear leafs on a 2nd gen 4Runner.
I went with 1.5" BJ spacers, 4" Procomp coils, and Rancho lift shocks to match. All the needed info for this lift is in the link that I provided above. You will also need longer swaybar endlinks, panhard bar drop, and longer flex lines.
There are lots of lift choices/manufacturers/suppliers out there. Given all these choices and with the vast knowledge on Yotatech, there is a correct choice for the lift you want/need to accomplish!
But... The real question that no one has asked yet is - What is the overall intent/use for your Runner? This information will help in directing you to the proper information!
I however have a couple questions!
1) What engine/tranny/gearing is in this 4Runner?
2) What tire size do you plan on running?
3) What kind of budget do you have for lifting etc?
Hope this helps!
Larry
