Leaking sunroof

I have a 2nd gen 4Runner with the factory sunroof. About three weeks ago and after driving hwy speeds for several hours in the rain I got water leaking through the headliner above the passenger side visor.

At first I thought it was a leak in the windshield and the speed was pushing rain in. Last night I had it park and it rained heavily last night. On the way to work when I would slow down to stop the water would pour through the same spot. Which now leads me to think sunroof. I searched and one post mentioned drain tubes for the sunroof being clogged, any advice on cleaning these out or other sunroof leak ideas?
