All the hoses on correctly (esp. fuel lines)?
Check your fuses (esp. EFI)?

iirc, the knock sensor wire is a shielded wire, meaning there is a center conductor surrounded by an insulating core and a grounded, woven shield. make sure the center and shield are not shorting out.

i took off the timing cover and noticed that the marks on the cam sprocket werent aligned right.. would that be a good cause to the problem, and also when i was trying to start it, i unplug the knock sensor from the wiring harness and still no fire
