Just bought a 87 4runner 22ret and have ?s
Hey guys! Love the site have been searching for some time on yotatech and have had great luck with all of the info I received so far. So here is the deal. I just picked up a 1987 4runner 22rte. Truck has 156+ on the clock and the truck is in decent shape. I picked it up with a blown head gasket. It came with three turbos total. Two if which are cracked and one which is currently on the truck that has been rebuilt. I already know that the CT20s are set for failure after 60k on the OD. To get to the point, I have been reading quite a bit on which HG to go with. Recently I used the Felpro kit on my Camaro and had great luck with there products and wanted to use there HG kit on the 4runner. Now I have seen mixed emotions on this particular HG. What do you guys think? Should I run the Felpro HG or go with the stock HG?? And what are the reasons to choose either one? If you guys have any input it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. I have already researched 22rte-trucks.net. And the forum base was not as large as yotatech so I decided to give it a shot. Thanks for the advise!
