Interior and speaker.. update
So i just installed rockford fosgate t142 4" in the front. Will have to trim the opening a little to make them fit flush but they sound amazing. I am mounting t16 rockford 6" in the rear quarters once i get those in. should be a nice full sound and eventually a 10" in the bottom storage in the rear.
But i have a question, I am putting new carpet in the truck and not sure who to go with. Rockauto sounds promising as well at stockinteriors the price is almost $100. I drive the truck daily and i have a layer of bed liner down right now for durability and some sound reduction. Want to add some more deadening and heat blocking before i lay the carpet down as well. My issue is, is it worth it to get the extra padding on the carpet and what is the difference in plush and ultra plush? Thanks you in advance.
And before anyone asks the speakers are ran off a 4 channel 2k max 1k rms 250rms per channel and 500 peak per channel. Ran off a nice JVC and eventually either a cross over or equalizer. depending due to the amp having a built in crossover.
