Interesting 1989 4runner...

Here is a bit of a rusty 1989 4Runner with a neat Australian bumper/roof rack. This would be kinda cool to have replicated over here.

front bumper appears to be a modded "Smittybilt"

ARB or even AussieBullbar would IMHO look nicer.

rack is interesting.. Id prefer something more modular that would allow the top to come off.

I like the ladder going up to the rack, and the rack itself. I don't like how the rack is mounted - one mount on the body + one mount on the bumper/frame = stress on both mounts when everything flexes

hmm - didnt think about that.. good point...

unless the "exo cage" is mounted on bushings...
