interchangeable parts?
Are head lights and tail lights interchangeable with 4runner and pickups

They have different part numbers, so I'm going to guess "no."

Depends on the year. Maybe gen 1 4runners will change over to gen 2 pickups, but 2nd gen runner stuff will not work on a 3rd gen pickup. and vise versa.
