Installing Crankshaft Pulley
I've pushed and tightened the bolt and there seems to be a gap between the pulley and the oil seal. I don't remember it being there before. It's supposed to be flush with the timing cover & oil seal, right?
Any suggestions?

I just put a torque wrench on it and put the specified 116 ft/lbs on it. There's still a 5mm-7mm space between the pulley and the oil seal. Is this normal? It's torqued on to spec, is this even a problem?
