Injector o-ring replacement question

Hi, I am new to this forum and i just purchased an 88 Toyota 22re. The problem is that the o-ring where the injector meets the fuel rail is leaking. I am going to replace these o-rings soon and was wondering if there is a guide that shows me how to take this truck apart to get to the injectors. I am 18 and this is my first vehicle so I am not going in with a lot of experience. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Caleb

search for "FSM" and if you cannot find the info here, buy the FSM off of ebay or from the dealer. It has step by step instructions, but its pretty straight forward once you get down to brass tacks. just be sure to label everything you pull off.

I bought replacement o-rings and grommets for my '94. My local O'Reilly Auto Parts store had replacement kits (BSM brand?) for under $4 each that included not just the o-rings, but also the grommets and rubber seats that are found on the opposite end of the injector. You'll need a new gasket for your throttle body as well. Good luck!
