Question Idle adjustment on AFM

Any one use the adjustment on the AFM that needs to be drilled out before it can be used ???? Whats the best way to make this adjustment????

You're going to do more harm then good messing with this. Don't touch it.

Yeah....don't you love blanket statements?

On 4crawler's cheaptricks website, at the bottom of the AFM adjustment page (pretty sure), I recall him posting a link to a write-up on AFM tweaks......and, I do believe along the same lines as what your asking. Look there for a good start.

I wouldnt suggest it as Ive heard it is almost impossible to get back to factory settings and there are no reliable sources for restoring it.

Read the portion on idle mixture air bypass circuit (about the adjustment screw) on page 2.....that is, if that's what you're referring to, swerks?
