I screwed up on the timing chain

Hey Everyone, I was attempting to replace my timing chain gears, etc. I got it all done and back together and when I started it I noticed anti freeze coming through between the exhaust manifold and the head, I checked the oil and it was full of anti freeze. Anyone know what I may have done?
Thanks

maybe didn't install a gasket correctly?
maybe installed a timing cover with grooves worn through to the water pump housing?

Thanks abecedarian, Do you know which gaskets would most likely cause this? The head gasket was pretty straight forward, I cant imagine that is screwed up. But possible. The timing chain cover looked to be in excellent shape. Thanks for the reply.

Also, I was wrong (I think its apparent in more than one way) the oil is not full of anti freeze. I was exhausted last night when working on it and I think my crappy light and that made it look like it was, but its not.
