i need help timing a 86 pickup

i need help timing a 86 pickup it has a 22r in it i have searched an couldn't find a how to article. he has had the hole motor a part so it is completely out of time.

he should of made sure everything was a TDC before taking it apart

Just set the crank to 0, and the cam to zero. Thats all you need to do.

and rotor to #1 plug.
