How important are these bolts?
So I took the heat shield off of the exhaust manifold and noticed two bolts missing from the manifold that bolt it to the motor? How vital are these two bolts and how easy is it to get replacements? Thanks

Well I sounds like they are exhaust manifold studs so their job is to evenly press the manifold tightly to the cylinder head. By doing this your exhaust will seal and not leak and also head and manifold will resist warping by having the even pressure.
Without the bolts you risk at the least a exhaust leak.

Do you have a hardware store in your town? I have a locally owned store that stocks A LOT of bolts/studs/nuts/washers/ETC. I got all 8, high quality studs for my exhaust from them for a good price. Definitely cheaper than the dealership. Also, the NAPAs and Oreilley's in my area dont seem to like to stock much parts for older Yotas...so...
Even Lowes or Home Depot will have the studs. But I like to support local businesses, even if they are a little more expensive.

nope, just have autozone and homedepot. I checked autozone already and they don't have them. I may check home depot tomorrow. I know I am looking for M10x1.25, but what length am I looking for?

They are idiots! I asked for the specs of the item and they couldn't tell me a size or length etc. This was over the phone, so I imagine its going to be fun when I go down there

Wow. Hopefully in person they can do a better job. I feel lucky. My dealership rocks >.>
Also, I measured some old studs last night that were in my garage. They are about 1 13/16" or 45mm in length....
