How do I get a seized bearing race off the spindle?

How do I get a seized bearing race off the spindle?
So the inner bearing (inside race) is stuck to the spindle. (This is Troy's runner - IFS) After prying and pulling for an hour and half I finally just went ahead and broke the outer cage and let the bearing come out. But the inner race is still totally stuck to the spindle.
I am worried I am going to do damage to the spindle if I keep trying to pry it off. I have already taken the dust shield off and have used the back of the seal (between the stuck race and the knuckle) to try and pry off off.
Should I spray some kind of lubricant like WD40 or PB Blaster around it? (Though I doubt it will get in there since I have only moved that race 1/4" in 1.5 hours of prying). I'd like to avoid getting the grinder in there. I don't want to hurt the spindle at all.

I'm already pissed. An yes I know water got in there. The grease from the outside bearing was rusty and had "water froth" that yellowish tint the grease gets when water got in. We think it is because the warn hub was cracked.

Molly, let me do some digging when i get home. I may have my old ifs spindles, and if i do you can have them for shipping if you would like.
I cannot guarantee if i have them and im leaning towards having gotten rid of them, but if i still have them, i can ship them to you soon!

Been spraying PB blaster in it all afternoon to ready it for a torch try. But honestly troy and I think we are gonna have to dremel/grinder it. Troy just went to swap out the warranty (WARN) hubs at 4WP

I already have aisins on my Tippy. (But SA version). Since the WARNs are warranted no need to change now. But AISINs are the bomb! But I have a spare set of aisins somewhere for IFS that we think aren't the right spline count for troy's Ron. Anyone want to trade a 30 spline to I think RON has 27? Hmmm I should go out and count now!

I have had luck welding a bead around the stuck race (don't weld it to the spindle) Just run a bead where the bearings ride.
The heat is local to the race and usually makes them slide off the spindle pretty easy if done while its still hot. I do this quite often on bearings in truck transmissions. As a last resort you can use a cut-off wheel, just don't scar the spindle.
This works even better getting a stuck race out of a hub.

x2 on the welding the race. that should work i also do this quite frequently at work on heavy equipment. if not go with the cut off wheel and a chisel. you shouldnt need to cut it in two places, just one and once it breaks through it should slide off. it will only take a little bit to get it to release. heck iv even had them come off just with cutting a small grouve in the race.

LOL Ok do we weld or cut... LOL We could do either!!!
And Wabbit why did I always think IFS was 27??? It's cuz troy told me. I counted and thought I counted 27 too. But maybe because I already had that in my head!
My god we have 4 front disc brakes I found in our junk pile but the studs are broken off and the spindles are missing from all but 3. LOL. I have collected soo much wheeling junk. Is that normal?

Brian IFS is 27 spline. I have counted and recounted. Did you hit the "6" on accident? (But checking your link now. Taking forever to load)
