Ok, so after replacing my clutch, my dad went and pumped the clutch pedal before I had the slave cylinder bolted back up. The spring and all the other shot out in one piece along with alot of fluid. I put the cylinder back together inserting the spring first and pushing it in with my finger. After bolting everything back up, I have no clutch. I'm trying to bleed it but I just get a little fluid dripping and when I retighten and pump the clutch it gets no pressure built up.

The seal might have shot out along with it. Find that seal, or get a new slave cylinder.

New slave cylinder is pretty cheap. Just replace it.

Takes about 5 to 6 cyles of "pumping" the pedal to get a nice firm clutch pedal.

ok well I got that fixed I just had to bleed the clutch at the master cylinder. Now when i start the truck and engage the clutch, the gears won't shift as if I don't have the clutch fully engaged. When I start the truck in first it jumps as if the clutch is already letting out?

You did remember to put the throw out bearing back in .

You might have to adjust the rod on the master cylinder to make up for the size difference in the new clutch
