Help with OBD codes

My car (1989 Toyota 4runner 22rec) has had the obd codes 25 and 26 on for a while. I've read all of the reason why but i would like some input before i start buying parts. If i reset the ecu (take of the ground from the battery) the check engine light goes on again only when i am highway driving(like after 3-5 min of going 60 on the freeway).
Well... any info on the subject is welcome!! Thanks!

This is the webpage i've got the codes off from.

Those are lean/rich codes. Could be due to a bad o2 sensor, bad tune up, tight valves, vac leak. Do some diag before throwing parts at it
