HELP!! No start, no power???

So i park in the driveway and shut off the truck, I notice I need to move over a bit so I turn the key back over and I hear a pop from my speakers and now I have no power to anything. I checked all the fuses and they seem to be good. Is there a relay that is most likely blown?? Its sitting in my driveway and im driving something else untill I have time to mess with it. I dont have many tools at home so im hoping this has happened to someone before and its a simple fix, if not Ill get it towed to the shop.
thanks in advance for any help

You checked all the fuses under the dash? and the fuses in the box right beside the battery? Have you had any other electrical problems in the last little while?

ya i checked all the fuses, except behind the glove box and i think those are just for a/c and heat.
No ive been driving without any kind of troubles for atleast 5-6 months now, especially no electrical issues.

wow!

so i looked under the hood for a bit, banged some stuff around.
went into cab and tried turning it over.
I got power for a second but it acted like a dead battery so I jumped it and it started haha.

I will drive it to work tommorow and have the battery and alt. tested.
Im not any kind of tech so my question is, what would cause everything to just go out like that?? I just pulled into the drive way from a 4hr road trip and had no troubles the whole time I was away. kinda weird to me but atleast I know I can jump it for now.
btw the battery is new so I doubt its that.
thanks for the help
