Help needed

i dont know what else this could be... i have a 1992 4runner with a 22re... i checked everything fuel filter plugs wires coil tps ect... if i drive at like 4000 rpm in any gear and just have my foot on the gas ever so slightly it doesnt do it... but if i give it any more gas it will kinda stutter\shake my truck... im not sure if it has somthing to do with timing or if it is drive line related... you think if it was driveline that at 4000 rpm while in gear it would do it no matter what.... it does not do it in neutral... i dont know what else to check... would it do this if it is not advancing the timing right under load? cause it advances when in neutral...when i press the gas the truck shakes like it is running over a washboard... im reallh stumped on this one... to me it does not seem like drivetrain like ujoints... could a bad steering stableizer do this? any ideas?
