Try to pull a code. If that doesn't work you may have blown the EFI fuse. I had my o2 sensor wire burn and ground itself, blowing the fuse. New fuse was $2 at dealership. Repair wires before replacing fuse

You don't think you have fuel pressure? But you jumpered your fuel pump and it still won't start?
Have you tried spraying a mist of fuel in the intake to see if she will fire?
Spark?
Compression?
What do the spark plugs look like?

I assumed you checked the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge (usually hooked on near the pulsation damper, but zero is zero anywhere on the rail). I also assumed that you checked the fuel pressure with the pump running when you jumpered the FP connector. If the pump is running and you have no fuel pressure then it doesn't have anything to do with any relay or ecu.
Your fuel pump may be toast, or you may have a blocked fuel line (less likely, as long as it was running recently). Since you're going to need to drop the fuel tank to get to the pump, you can (gently!) put some compressed air on the fuel line to make sure it is clear up to the fuel rail.
Diagnosis: one step at a time.

Im sure you checked but doesnt hurt to mention looking at all the grounds to everything and checking for kinks/bends/leaks.
Im currently having an extremely similar problems (thread labeled "injection/starting problems" ) so Im definately paying attention here
