HELP ! Check engine light!

94 toyota pickup 4x4 , I just tried driving to school 10 min ago and the check engine light came on. Soon as i tried getting up to speed on the hwy , the truck had almost no trottle response and almost tried cuttting off, I went very slow right back to the house.....help please

The computer is already in the vehicle, you stick in the "scan tool":

where is the kock sensor on the motor?

The knock sensor is between the heads. You have to pull the air intake chamber and the intake manifold to get to the knock sensor. If you're going to do that, then replace the knock sensor wire while you're in there. They get brittle over time.

If you search hard enough on here, you'll find links to a copy of the service manual for your truck (like this one). If you search even harder, you'll find the link to the actual section you need to get everything out of your way to get to the knock sensor (like this one). Your questions have all been answered on here many times.
