I would check the cable and battery terminal if you haven't already.
In the engine compartment there should be a 30 amp main fuse from the battery, I would check that also.

I also think there is a main relay in there.

I've had some problems with the connection to my starter before, would a bad connection there cause no power to the truck? Also is that fuse in the box right behind the battery?

ok well, I've checked the fuses and the positive and negative wires to the battery. This all seems to be fine. is there anything else? What about the little square box thats back by the cd player wires that says 12v light relay? would that have anything to do with it if it were to be bad?

look real close at you battery cables. i've found corrosion inside the insulation preventing volts from getting through. and ck your gnd connections too, make sure they're clean and tight

Did you check the ground from the battery to the frame? Real easy to miss.

I have had the same kind of problem....
What was/still is wrong with mine, is the negative terminal. I have it all the way tightened down, but is still loose, and on the rare occasion loses connection. I got a new terminal, but haven't put it on yet.
Point being. Make sure the terminal connections are tight and can't wiggle.
