help! 88 ex cab 140k- bent frame

Hey guys, can anyone offer any suggestions??

Last weekend I drove to NC to work on my truck w my cousin, we got a lot done, but on the way back it was really rainy. I swerved to avoid this guy and ended up against the new jersey barrier.

the truck looked ok except for the two drivers side rims were toast and some body damage, but when i got a spare on, i realized that the front left wheel wasn't tracking right.. I eventually got home after many hours of slow easy-does-it driving and lots of shady tire shops in downtown richmond..

anyway, after closer inspection, the shackles are bent for the back leafs, the whole truck sags on the left side, the left front wheel points outward about an inch off center.. the ifs, didn't look too beat up apart from the bumb stops being real bent, but after looking around it for a long while i found that the frame had gotten bent in right behind where the two arms attach for the ifs

I have no idea what to do, I am in college and have little to no money to put into it.. what is causing it to sag? how far off can your frame be before it's lights out?? can you shorten the front tie rods so that the wheel tracks straight again? what can they do about a bent frame? its only bent a little..

I love my truck, and i need it to work this summer

take it to a couple body shops and get an estimate on having the frame pulled. tell them you aren't interested in having the body fixed. if it is not that bad it will be an easy fix but it is going to cost you. there is really no good way to pull a frame at home and i wouldn't do it anyway, it is dangerous.
