Heater Core: Regular or 'Heavy Duty'?

I'm beginning to get that ever so faint small of coolant when using the heater, so there may be a new heater core in my truck's future. The online parts catalogs list a 'regular' and a 'heavy duty' heater core. Does anyone know the difference?; Are the two units interchangeable? Can I tell which type my existing one is?
Oh, and thanks to the b**t*rds at Toyota Motor Sales USA, the Toyota DIY parts catalog site is now minus illustrations.

I didn't know there was a "heavy duty" versoin sounds like a marketing scam, lol, a heater core either works, or it doesn't

unless they're talking about the 4Runners with rear heat...

I believe with the Standard duty model(The 8th digit of VIN code is "S" or "Y") But I think thaqt only has to do with the heater resistor/motor and not the core itself

That's hilarious :-)
