Head Gasket diagnostic

Hi all,

I recently replaced my valve cover gaskets among other things and when I buttoned it back up and started the vehicle I had coolant pouring out of an area I could not see. Tore it down again and this is what I found....

I thought it might be the pipe that sits underneath the intake manifold causing the coolant leak because of the amount that poured out but it was fine. Could a head gasket drain the whole block of coolant in about a minute? Also the reservoir and overflow tank were still full, so that seemed odd to me...

I wonder how many people know Toyotas (and their engines) so well that they could identify anything from three blurry photos?

The only coolant line you work on to replace valve cover gaskets is to the throttle body, but your photos don't look like the throttle body or valve cover gaskets. Other than that, I don't think I can contribute much.

the picture is the head gasket on the driver's side. Not sure why they're blurry for you...maybe your internet sucks. I'm just wondering if anyone can point to a similar experience from what I had done to the truck and the pictures I provided. All the hoses are fine and everything starts up but the truck was dumping out coolant from this spot and I really haven't found anything except that mess around the head gasket. May just pull it and replace the gasket but I don't really want to spend more $ on a 92 2wd with 230k on it.
